Whistleblower protection directive
Course Description
The European Parliament and the Council have recently adopted a new Directive on whistleblowing rules [(EU)2019/1937]. The aim of our e-learn is to provide support to businesses and their employees to gain a comprehensive view of the minimum requirements set out in the Directive in relation to whistleblowing. The course gives insights to the available reporting channels and the new rules for whistleblowers and whistleblower protection.
