IT professionals with job roles such as network administrator, network technician, network installer, help desk technician and IT cable installer
Prerequisites
While there are no official prerequisites for the Network+ certification, we recommend you have:
- Experience building computers and setting up devices in Windows OS
- Knowledge of home networks (ISP connection)
- Familiarity with the Windows desktop Environment
- Nine months’ networking experience
Assessment
CompTIA Network+ exam
- Number of questions: Maximum of 90 questions
- Type of questions: Multiple-choice, drag and drops and performance-based
- Exam duration: 90 Minutes
- Passing score: 80% (720 on a scale of 100-900)
- Languages: English
